HB 213 – Provide Certificate of Nonviable Birth
This Legislation provides for a certificate of nonviable birth to be given to parents who lose a child after a heartbeat is detected but prior to the 20 th week of gestation in pregnancy.
HB 200 – Revise the Montana Safe Haven Newborn Protection Act
This Legislation would allow newborn children to be safely and anonymously surrendered to emergency service providers and public safety officials using newborn safety devices. This is a good bill.
HB 23 – Revise Student Scholarship Organization and Innovative Education Tax Credits
This bill would change the tax credit limit for innovative educational programs from a maximum of $200,000 down to $2,000. This is a bad bill.
SB 99 – Provide for a Youth Health Protection Act
This bill would prohibit gender transition treatment for minors with Gender dysphoria.
