This bill would provide for freedom in school choice and would establish an equality of educational opportunities education savings account program. The Montana Family Foundation supports this bill. This bill was tabled in the Senate Education and Cultural Resources Committee, and a blast motion failed to resurrect the bill by a vote of 21 to 29
