This bill would provide requirements to Medicaid and CHIP recipients receiving an abortion. This is a good bill.

HB 361 – Provide That Use Of A Name And Sex By A Student Is Not Discrimination

This bill is an act to revise laws regarding discriminatory practices in education, providing that it is not discriminatory practices in education for a student to call a student by the student’s legal name or to reference the student by the students sex.
