House Bill 446: Revise Indecent Exposure Laws

Bill Description

This bill expands Montana’s indecent exposure laws to prohibit individuals from exposing intimate body parts to members of the opposite biological sex in public places, including restrooms, locker rooms, and other shared facilities​. 3rd Reading Governor's Proposed Amendments Adopted
